- Upload confidential or sensitive personal data unrelated to workplace recognition
- Attempt to bypass security controls
- Access data outside their authorized tenant### 4. Intellectual PropertyThe Platform and related software are owned by RecognitionBridge.Company Customers retain ownership of their submitted content.### 5. Data ResponsibilityCompany Customers are responsible for compliance with employment, privacy, and workplace regulations applicable to their organization.### 6. Limitation of LiabilityThe Platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecognitionBridge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.### 7.
